CKS = happy vibes! That is why we focus on more feel-good in the workplace with yoga sessions, connecting information moments, after-work drinks, Christmas gifts, massage sessions... This way, our 69 employees are extra involved and committed to each other and their job. What's more: more than half of them are between 30 and 50 years of age - exactly the age of our target group and therefore completely attuned to it.

We organize a series of events for our employees, and the involvement and commitment of our employees is invaluable in achieving our common goals together.

• Store Manager Days: where we exchange knowledge and experiences through inspiring sessions and best practices. This is how we raise the stores to an even higher level.

• Workshops: where we focus on customer focus, visual merchandising, leadership development and sustainability.
