CIRCULAR PROJECTS
TO BE HAPPY ABOUT

With CKS in your wardrobe, you bring color into your life. Unique prints. Individuality. But also and above all: quality. Garments that are made so that you can wear them for longer, but also combine, upgrade and pass them on. Circular, in other words, entirely according to the expertise of the Ellen McArthur Foundation.

CKS CAMPAGNES
FROM LEFTOVER FABRIC TO UNIQUE GOODIES

With leftover fabrics, our manufacturers not only make original decorations for our concept stores, but also scrunchies and jewelry bags.

RECYCLED PLASTIC IN AALST AND ANTWERP
In the CKS concept stores in Aalst and Antwerp, you will find unique, colorful furniture pieces that make a statement in the interior! Several elements, such as tables and the cash register furniture, are made from recycled industrial plastic waste in collaboration with a local, specialized company.
CKS X ReBELLE

In collaboration with ReBELLE Antwerp, we created limited edition blazers that combine eco-conscious design and high-quality fashion. Each item is handmade in Belgium and features unique sleeves made from our premium leftover fabrics that are thus given a new life.

PARTNERSHIP WITH THRIFT STORE
Did you know that at CKS we partner with Thrift Store? Overstocks and clothes with defaults or flaws that haven't sold, we send to them. On the spot, they check which CKS items can go in their store and which ones they need to repair. The rest are processed in upcycling projects. The feel-good result: up to 90% of our surplus is thus reused in the market.

JEWELRY COLLECTION WRAPPED IN UPCYCLED BAG

Why waste it, when you can remake it? CiLAB, a Belgian textile lab committed to circular economy with sustainable, innovative collaborations, gave a second life to certain CKS blazers and pants with manufacturing defects.

How does our service work?

How does our service work?

Every year, we set specific targets for our most used materials. These targets are evaluated annually and adjusted if necessary, especially when there are new innovations that can offer the same quality. Together with our supplier base, we look for solutions so that we can obtain and source more sustainable materials.

1. Bring your garment to a CKS store of your choice.
2. Depending on your request, a sales assistant will immediately pin the garment, take measurements, etc.
3. You pay for the tailoring and receive a receipt with a pickup date to take home.
4. A few working days later, your garment will be ready for pickup.

Ways to wash

Ways to wash

1. WASH WITH CARE
Do you always check the care labels in your clothes? Make sure to wash as much as possible at low temperatures (max. 30°C) or cold. Avoid overloading since too much friction can cause wear and less effective cleaning. Also separate light and dark colors, and always consider the different fabric needs.

2. LESS IS MORE
When it comes to washing clothes, the rule is: less is more! Limiting the number of washes is less damaging to the quality and positively affects the lifespan of your favorite pieces. Hang clothes you've only worn briefly to air out and treat stains immediately so you don't necessarily have to use the washing machine. Better for your clothes and the planet.

3. LET THE AIR DO THE WORK

Try to dry your clothes as much as possible naturally instead of in the dryer. Why? Because it's better for the fabric, the fit, and the lifespan of your favorite items. Make sure to take your laundry out of the washing machine immediately to avoid wrinkles and odors, shake each garment loose, and hang it inside or outside on a rack or hanger.
