TERMS OF ACTION CKS SUMMER ESCAPE GIVEAWAY

1. Participants who subscribe to the newsletter subscribe to the CKS newsletter until further notice. Participants can easily unsubscribe from the newsletter via a link at the bottom of the relevant email.
2. The contest starts on 4 May 2026. Participating is possible until 31 May 2026. On 1 June 2024, the 3 winners will be notified personally by email.
3. Participation in this contest takes place as follows: The participant enters his/her email address and agrees to the terms and conditions of the action. Subscribing to the CKS newsletter is optional to participate. The participant then fills in the data (first name, surname, gender, date of birth) and finally the contest question. The 3 winners will be chosen based on the answer to the contest question.

5. CKS is also not liable for problems and consequential damages caused by, or inherent to, the distribution of the information via the Internet as well as technical failures, such as temporary inaccessibility of the site, non-working links, problems with subscriptions or connections at your Internet or mobile provider, or other situations of force majeure.
6. All intellectual property in the content of this site, including any text, images, layout, or other information, shall belong to CKS.
7. In cases not covered by these rules, CKS will decide.
8. The organization and partners shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damage in any form by participating in and/or downloading the action. The action has been checked for the presence of known computer viruses and has been tested on several computer systems. However, a guarantee on the absence of computer viruses can never be given. The organization is not liable for third-party software such as software drivers and browser plug-ins.
9. CKS is not liable for network, hardware or software failures resulting in limitation, delay or loss of data.
10. The organization is not liable for loss of participant results and/or the submission of incorrect or incomplete data by a participant.

12. This contest is open to any individual, with the exception of:

• Employees and directors of CKS and CRG Group and their affiliated companies, any person involved in the organization of the contest in question, and family members up to the second degree of kinship of the aforementioned excluded individuals.
• Minors may participate in the contest provided they have obtained prior consent from their parents (or the person exercising parental authority). If a minor participates, this implies that he or she has obtained such consent.
• CKS reserves the right to request written confirmation of the obtained consent at any time and to verify this by other means, as well as to exclude from the contest any minor who cannot provide such confirmation immediately or within a reasonable period of time set by CKS.
• CKS may at any time exclude a person from participating in a contest (co-)organized by CKS for a specified period in the event of a violation of any of the terms and conditions of participation or in the event of abuse, deception, or participation in bad faith in a contest.
