Competition Rules – BACK TO WORK

SPECIAL COMPETITION CONDITIONS

1. These rules set out the participation conditions applicable to the competition organized by CKS, with its registered office in Vilvoorde, Luchthavenlaan 1/00/1.

2. You can participate in the competition by entering your email address and date of birth between August 19, 2024, and September 8, 2024, confirming via email, filling in your details, and answering the tie-break question.

3. The competition runs from 19/08/2024 to 08/09/2024 midnight. CKS asks participants to leave their email address and date of birth and then fill in the tie-break question.

4. 5 winners will win one of the following prizes:

   • 1x CKS handbag in purple or blue
   • 1x CKS gift voucher worth €150
   • 1x noise-cancelling headphones from Fresh 'n Rebel
   • 1x Kambukka tea and coffee mug
   • 1x Parfumado gift box
   • 1x CKS handbag
   • 1x granola bites, crackers, and nut mixes from Xavies

GENERAL COMPETITION CONDITIONS

1. By participating in the competition, participants acknowledge that they have accepted the general competition rules and the specific competition rules. The results and decisions of CKS and the competition jury cannot be contested for any reason. No correspondence can be entered into regarding the competition results.

2. This competition is open to all individuals, with the exception of:

   • Employees and directors of CKS and CRG Group and its affiliated companies, anyone involved in organizing the competition, and the family members up to the second degree of the aforementioned excluded individuals.
   • Minors may participate in the competition provided they have obtained prior consent from their parents (or the person exercising parental authority). If a minor participates, this implies they have obtained such consent.
   • CKS reserves the right to request written confirmation of the obtained consent at any time and to verify it in other ways. CKS may exclude any minor from the competition who cannot provide such confirmation immediately or within a reasonable period set by CKS.
   • CKS may exclude any person from participating in the competition (co-)organized by CKS for a certain period in case of a violation of any of the participation conditions or in case of abuse, deception, or bad faith participation in the competition.

3. Participation must always be in a personal capacity and can never be on behalf of multiple individuals.

4. Only fully completed entry forms received by CKS before the end of the competition on 08/09/2024 midnight will be considered.

5. A participant can win a maximum of one prize per competition.

6. CKS makes no guarantees regarding the prize. CKS cannot be held liable for any accidents or damage (directly or indirectly) related to the won prize. A prize can only be awarded to the winner and is therefore non-transferable.

   The prize is indivisible and must be accepted as awarded. The prize cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash. If a prize is sent by mail, CKS cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss of the prize by postal services or delays in receipt. If the prizes are sent by registered mail, CKS cannot be held liable for damage, loss, or delay if the prize is not collected by the winner.

7. CKS cannot be held liable if, due to force majeure or any other reason beyond CKS's control, the duration of the competition is changed, or if the competition is modified or simply canceled. Likewise, CKS cannot be held responsible for a technical issue or a problem with postal services (delay, strike, damage, or loss) that prevents participation.

8. CKS may amend the participation conditions at any time. However, the old participation conditions will remain applicable to competitions that are ongoing at that time.

9. Participants are required to provide their email addresses. By participating, you agree that CKS or a company affiliated with CKS, as controllers of the processing, may use and process your personal data provided with your application for the following purposes: registering, confirming, and processing your application for the competition. As a participant, you also agree that the data requested by CKS within the context of your application will be stored. Your personal data will not be used for commercial purposes. CKS is responsible for processing your personal data. You have the right to correct your data if it is incomplete or incorrect by simply sending a written request to customercare@cks-fashion.com.

10. Spam and spam filters

    CKS does not send spam. If you receive an email or newsletter from CKS, it corresponds with your request or inquiry. If you still receive unwanted emails from CKS, you can inform us, and we will take the necessary steps as soon as possible to ensure you no longer receive emails. CKS cannot be held responsible if emails sent by CKS are considered spam or unwanted mail. CKS considers such emails to have been correctly sent to the participant. In some cases, the participant can add CKS's email addresses to their address book to avoid this problem.
