SHARE & WIN CONTEST TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These regulations set out the participation conditions applicable to the online Share & Win contest of CKS, located in Vilvoorde, Luchthavenlaan 1/00/1. By sharing the cards online via WhatsApp or email, you have a chance to win a CKS gift voucher worth €150.

1. Participation in the contest is possible from September 12 until October 13, 2024.
2. Contest form: https://www.cks-fashion.com/nl-be/sharehappiness
• The participant must fill in their first name, last name, email address, and the tie-breaker question.
• When the participant agrees to the CKS terms and conditions, they will discover on the next page the choice of cards drawn by cartoonist Niet Nu Laura.
• The participant can then choose a card and share it with friends via email or WhatsApp.
3. Newsletter subscription is not required for participation.
• Participants who subscribe to the newsletter will remain subscribed to the CKS newsletter until further notice. Participants can easily unsubscribe via a link at the bottom of the relevant email.
• For participants who do not subscribe to the newsletter, CKS will not store the data but will only use it to send the email on behalf of the sender of the compliment.
4. The three people who come closest to the answer to the tie-breaker question will each win a €150 gift voucher and will be notified by email on October 9.

GENERAL CONTEST TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Participants acknowledge by mere participation that they have accepted the general and specific contest regulations. Decisions and results of CKS and the contest jury are final and cannot be contested for any reason. No correspondence about the contest results will be entered into.
2. This contest is open to all individuals, with the exception of:
• Employees and directors of CKS and CRG Group and its affiliated companies, anyone involved in organizing the contest, and family members up to the second degree of the aforementioned excluded persons.
• Minors may participate in the contest provided they have obtained prior permission from their parents (or the person exercising parental authority). If a minor participates, it implies they have obtained such permission.
• CKS reserves the right to request written confirmation of obtained permission at any time and to verify this in other ways. CKS also reserves the right to exclude any minor from the contest who cannot provide such confirmation immediately or within a reasonable period imposed by CKS.
• CKS may exclude any person from participating in the contest (co-organized by CKS) for a specific period in the event of a violation of participation conditions, abuse, deception, or malicious participation in a contest.
3. Participation must always be personal and cannot be submitted by multiple people.
4. Only fully completed entry forms received by CKS by midnight on 13/10/2024 will be considered.
5. A participant can win a maximum of one prize per contest.
6. CKS will not charge communication costs for participation.
7. CKS makes or grants no warranty regarding the prize. CKS is not liable for accidents or damages directly or indirectly related to the awarded prize. A prize can only be awarded to the winner and is therefore non-transferable. The prize must be accepted as awarded and cannot be exchanged or converted into cash. If a prize is shipped, CKS is not responsible for damage, loss, or delays caused by postal services.
8. CKS cannot be held liable in case of force majeure or any other reason beyond its control, resulting in changes to the contest's duration, adjustments, or cancellation. CKS is also not responsible for technical issues or postal problems (delays, strikes, damage, or loss) that prevent participation.
9. CKS reserves the right to amend the participation conditions at any time. The old conditions will continue to apply to contests already running.
10. Participants must provide their email address. As a participant, you agree that CKS or an affiliated company, as data controllers, will use and process your personal data submitted with your application for the following purposes: registering, confirming, and processing your contest application. Participants also agree that the data requested by CKS in the context of their application will be stored and maintained. Your personal data will not be used for commercial purposes. CKS is responsible for processing your personal data. You have the right to correct your data if it is incomplete or incorrect, by simply sending a written request to customercare@cks-fashion.com.
11. All intellectual property on the content of this site, including all texts, images, layout, or other information, belongs to CKS.
12. Spam and spam filters: CKS does not send spam. If you receive an email or newsletter from CKS, it aligns with your request. If you still receive unwanted emails from CKS, you can notify us, and we will take action as soon as possible to ensure you no longer receive emails. CKS cannot be held responsible if emails sent by CKS are considered spam or junk mail. In some cases, the participant can add CKS email addresses to their address book to avoid this problem.
