Contest Rules – Celebrate in Style Contest

SPECIAL CONTEST CONDITIONS

These rules set out the terms and conditions of participation applicable to the contest organized by CKS, with address in Vilvoorde, Luchthavenlaan 1/00/1. Participation in the contest is possible between April 15 and April 30, 2025, by completing your details online (email address, first name, last name, gender, and date of birth) and answering the tie-breaker question on the contest form.

A total of 3 winners will be chosen

1 winner will receive the grand prize:

• - Pomax tableware set worth €500
• - SteamOne handheld steamer worth €100
• - CKS gift card worth €500
• - CKS jewelry of choice
• - 1 pair of CKS shoes of choice
• - The Mocktail Club "Perfect Serve gift set" worth €30

The other two winners will each receive:

• - Pomax cocktail glasses worth €78
• - SteamOne handheld steamer worth €100
• - CKS gift card worth €150
• - The Mocktail Club "Discovery Box" worth €30

GENERAL CONTEST CONDITIONS

1. By participating in the contest, participants acknowledge having accepted the general and specific contest rules. Results and decisions made by CKS and the contest jury are final and cannot be challenged. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of the contest.
2. This contest is open to any natural person, with the exception of:
   • - Employees and directors of CKS and CRG Group and its affiliated companies,
   • - Anyone involved in organizing the contest,
   • - Family members up to the second degree of the above-mentioned excluded persons,
   • - Minors may only participate with prior permission from their parents (or the person who has parental authority). Participation by a minor implies such permission was obtained.
   • - CKS reserves the right to request written confirmation of this permission at any time, to verify it in other ways, and to exclude minors who fail to provide this confirmation immediately or within a reasonable period set by CKS.
   • - CKS may exclude any person from participation in any contest (co-)organized by CKS for a specific period in the event of a breach of the terms of participation, misuse, deception, or bad faith participation.
3. Participation must always be in a personal capacity and cannot be on behalf of multiple individuals.
4. Only fully completed entry forms received by CKS before midnight on 30/04/2025 will be considered.
5. Participants can win a maximum of one prize per contest.
6. CKS makes or provides no guarantees regarding the prize. CKS is not liable for any accidents or damage that are directly or indirectly related to the prize. The prize is awarded only to the winner and is non-transferable.
7. The prize is indivisible and must be accepted as awarded. It cannot be exchanged or converted into cash. If the prize is sent, CKS is not liable for damage, loss, or delays by postal services. If sent via registered mail, CKS is also not liable if the winner fails to collect the prize in time.
8. CKS is not liable if, due to force majeure or reasons beyond its control, the contest duration is changed, the contest is modified, or canceled. CKS is also not responsible for technical issues or postal problems (delays, strikes, damage, or loss) that prevent participation.
9. CKS may change the terms of participation at any time. The old conditions remain valid for contests already underway.
10. The participant is required to provide their email address. By participating, you agree that CKS or an affiliated company, as data controllers, may use and process your personal data submitted with your entry for the following purposes: registering, confirming, and processing your contest entry. You also agree that the data requested by CKS for your participation may be stored. Your personal data will not be used for commercial purposes. CKS is responsible for processing your personal data. You have the right to correct your data if it is incomplete or incorrect by sending a simple written request to customercare@cks-fashion.com.

Spam and spam filters

CKS does not send spam. If you receive an email or newsletter from CKS, it corresponds to your request or inquiry. If you nevertheless receive unwanted emails from CKS, you can report it to us and we will take the necessary steps to ensure you no longer receive emails. CKS is not liable if emails sent by CKS are considered spam or junk mail. Such emails are considered validly sent to the participant. In some cases, participants can add CKS email addresses to their address book to avoid this issue.
