1. These rules set out the participation conditions applicable to the contest organized by CKS, with registered address at Vilvoorde, Luchthavenlaan 1/00/1.
Participation in the contest is possible by shopping between May 2, 2026 and May 31, 2026 for a minimum purchase amount of €25, registering for the newsletter, becoming a member of The Happiness Club, and answering the contest question. After purchase, you will receive an email with a unique code that you can enter on the contest page. If the contest question was answered correctly, you can spin the jackpot and discover whether you have won by matching three identical happy smiley icons. The winner will receive a monthly CKS gift voucher code worth €250 by email for one year, for a total value of €3000. You can enter your unique code from May 2, 2026 until June 7, 2026 midnight via the contest page.

1. By the mere fact of participating, participants acknowledge that they have accepted the general contest rules and the specific contest rules. Results and decisions of CKS and the contest jury cannot be challenged for any reason whatsoever. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the results of the contest.
2. This contest is open to every natural person, with the exception of:
Minors may participate in the contest provided they have obtained prior consent from their parents (or from the person exercising parental authority). If a minor participates, this means that he/she has obtained such consent.
CKS reserves the right at any time to request written confirmation of the obtained consent and to verify this in other ways, as well as to exclude any minor from the contest who cannot immediately or within a reasonable period imposed by CKS provide such confirmation.
CKS may at any time exclude a person from participation in a contest (co-)organized by CKS for a certain period in the event of a breach of one of the participation conditions or in the event of abuse, deception, or participation in bad faith in a contest.
3. Participation must always take place in a personal capacity and may under no circumstances involve multiple persons.
4. CKS makes or provides no guarantee whatsoever regarding the prize. CKS cannot be held liable for any accidents or damage directly or indirectly related to the prize won. A prize can only be awarded to the winner and is therefore non-transferable.
The prize is indivisible and must be accepted as awarded. Under no circumstances may the prize be transferred or exchanged for a sum of money. If a prize is sent, CKS cannot be held responsible for damage to or loss of the prize by postal services or delay in receipt. If prizes are sent by registered mail, CKS cannot be held liable for damage, loss, or delay if the prize is not collected by the winner.
5. CKS cannot be held liable if, due to force majeure or any other reason beyond the control of CKS, the duration of the contest is changed or if the contest is modified or simply cancelled. Likewise, CKS cannot be held responsible for a technical problem or a problem with postal services (delay, strike, damage or loss) preventing participation.
6. CKS may amend the participation conditions at any time. The previous participation conditions shall however remain applicable to contests already running at that time.
7. The participant is required to provide their email address. As a participant, you agree that CKS or a company affiliated with CKS, acting as data controllers, may use and process your personal data submitted with your application for the following purposes: registering, confirming and processing your application for the contest. As a participant, you also agree that the data requested by CKS in the context of your application may be retained and stored. Your personal data will not be used for commercial purposes. CKS is responsible for processing your personal data. You have the right to correct your data if it is incomplete or inaccurate by sending a simple written request to customercare@cks-fashion.com.
8. CKS does not send spam. If you receive an email or newsletter from CKS, it is in response to your request or inquiry. If you have nevertheless received unwanted emails from CKS, you can notify us and we will take the necessary steps as soon as possible to ensure that you no longer receive emails. CKS cannot be held responsible if emails sent by CKS are regarded as spam or unwanted mail. CKS always considers such emails to have been correctly sent to the participant. In some cases, the participant may add email addresses from CKS to his/her address book to avoid this problem.
