Competition Rules – WIN DATE EXPERIENCE AT BAR FLORIDA INSTAGRAM CONTEST

Special Competition Terms

These rules set out the conditions for participation in the Instagram contest regarding the date experience at Bar Florida, located at Vilvoorde, Luchthavenlaan 1/00/1.

Participation in the contest is possible from Wednesday, February 18, 2025, to Sunday, February 23, 2025, by liking the Instagram contest post, following the Instagram accounts of CKS and restaurant Bar Florida, and tagging in the comments who you would like to take as your date and why you deserve to win.

One participant will win a CKS gift voucher worth €250 and a dinner for two at Bar Florida in Leuven. The dinner includes:

• 1 cocktail per person of choice
• 2 starters to share
• 4 sides of choice to share
• 1 dessert per person of choice
• 1 glass of wine during the meal and water

The winner will be selected based on the value of their response, judged on creativity, relevance, and originality. The final decision is made by the organizer. The winner will be announced on Monday, 24/02/2025, on Instagram and contacted personally.

General Competition Conditions

By participating, entrants acknowledge acceptance of the general and specific regulations. Decisions by CKS and the competition jury are final.

The competition is not open to:

• Employees and directors of CKS and CRG Group
• Persons involved in organizing the contest
• Family members up to the second degree of the aforementioned persons
• Minors

CKS reserves the right to request proof of parental consent at any time and to exclude minors who fail to provide such confirmation within a reasonable timeframe.

CKS may exclude participants from the contest in case of rule violations, fraud, or misconduct.

A participant can win a maximum of one prize. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

CKS is not liable for accidents, damages, or loss related to the prize.

CKS may modify or cancel the contest due to force majeure or other reasons beyond its control and is not responsible for technical issues.

Personal data will be processed for contest registration purposes and will not be used for commercial purposes. Corrections to data can be requested via customercare@cks-fashion.com.
