Contest Rules – BLUE MONDAY: WIN YOUR PURCHASE AMOUNT

Specific Contest Terms

These rules outline the terms and conditions applicable to the Blue Monday contest, headquartered at Vilvoorde, Luchthavenlaan 1/00/1.

• Participants can enter the contest by shopping on Monday, January 20, 2025, at cks-fashion.com or in CKS concept stores, except for CKS Bree and CKS Beveren.
• Participation is only valid for purchases made on 20/01/2025 as a registered CKS customer.
• Multiple entries are allowed throughout the contest period, provided multiple purchases are made.
• 10 participants will win a gift voucher equal to the purchase amount of their transaction on 20/01/2025. There will be 5 winners from online shoppers and 5 winners from CKS stores.
• Winners will be selected based on their order number or receipt. A gift voucher equal to the full purchase amount will then be issued, which can be used online or in-store.
• Winners will be notified via email on 21/01/2025. The gift voucher will then be delivered to them.

General Contest Terms

• By participating in the contest, participants acknowledge and accept the general rules and the specific contest rules.
• The decisions and outcomes determined by CKS and the contest jury are binding and cannot be contested.
• The contest is open to any individual, except for:
  • Employees and directors of CKS, CRG Group, and its affiliated companies.
  • Individuals involved in the organization of the jackpot.
  • Family members and relatives up to the second degree of the aforementioned individuals.
• Minors are not allowed to participate in the contest.
• CKS reserves the right to disqualify participants who violate the terms and conditions.
• A participant can win only one prize.
• Prizes are non-transferable, indivisible, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• CKS is not responsible for technical issues or delays caused by third parties.

Use of Personal Data

• Participants are required to provide a valid email address.
• CKS processes personal data solely for the organization of the contest.
• Personal data will not be used for commercial purposes.
• Participants have the right to correct their data by contacting customercare@cks-fashion.com.
