Competition Rules – HAPPINESS HUNT

SPECIAL COMPETITION TERMS

These rules define the participation conditions applicable to the competition organized by CKS, located at Vilvoorde, Luchthavenlaan 1/00/1.

You can participate in the competition by searching on cks-fashion.com on 1/05/2025 for three hidden letters that form one word, entering this word into the competition form, and answering a tie-breaker question.

The competition question must be answered correctly in order to be eligible to win one of the six prizes, which will be distributed among participants based on their answers to the tie-breaker question.

6 winners have a chance to win one of the following prizes, awarded in the order based on the answer to the tie-breaker question:

• 1x CKS gift voucher worth €150
• 1x CKS gift voucher worth €100
• 1x CKS gift voucher worth €75
• 1x CKS handbag of your choice
• 1x CKS shoes of your choice
• 1x CKS jewelry item of your choice

The winners will be personally informed via email and will receive more information about their prize, including the unique code for their CKS gift voucher or the link to select their handbag, shoes, or jewelry. The gift voucher is valid for 10 years and can be used both online and in-store.

GENERAL COMPETITION TERMS

1. By participating, participants acknowledge and accept the general competition rules and the specific competition rules. Results and decisions made by CKS and the competition jury are final and cannot be challenged. No correspondence regarding the outcome will be entered into.
2. This competition is open to every natural person, with the exception of:
   • - Employees and directors of CKS and CRG Group and its affiliated companies,
   • - Any person involved in organizing the competition,
   • - Family members up to the second degree of the above excluded persons.
3. Minors may participate in the competition provided they have obtained prior permission from their parents (or the person exercising parental authority). Participation by a minor implies that they have obtained such permission.
4. CKS reserves the right to request written proof of this permission at any time and to verify it by other means. CKS also reserves the right to exclude any minor from the competition who cannot immediately, or within a reasonable period specified by CKS, provide such proof.
5. CKS may exclude a participant from any competition organized or co-organized by CKS for a certain period in case of a breach of any participation condition or in case of abuse, fraud, or participation in bad faith.
6. Participation must always be on an individual basis and cannot be conducted by multiple persons.
7. Only fully completed participation forms received by CKS before the end of the competition on 1/05/2025 at midnight will be considered.
8. A participant can win a maximum of one prize per competition.
9. CKS does not offer or provide any guarantee concerning the prizes. CKS cannot be held liable for any accidents or damages (in)directly related to the prize. A prize can only be awarded to the winner and is not transferable.
10. The prize is indivisible and must be accepted as awarded. Prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash. If a prize is sent, CKS is not liable for any damage or loss caused by postal services or delays in delivery. If prizes are sent by registered mail, CKS is also not liable for damage, loss, or delay if the prize is not collected by the winner.
11. CKS cannot be held liable if, due to force majeure or any other reason beyond its control, the competition duration is changed, or if the competition is modified or simply cancelled. Likewise, CKS cannot be held responsible for technical problems or postal service issues (delays, strikes, damages, or losses) preventing participation.
12. CKS reserves the right to change the participation conditions at any time. The old conditions will continue to apply to competitions already in progress at that time.
13. Participants are required to provide their email address. By participating, you agree that CKS or an affiliated company, as controllers of data processing, may use and process your personal data submitted with your application for the following purposes: registering, confirming, and handling your competition participation. You also agree that the data requested by CKS may be stored. Your personal data will not be used for commercial purposes. CKS is responsible for the processing of your data. You have the right to correct your data if it is incomplete or incorrect by sending a simple written request to customercare@cks-fashion.com.
14. Spam and spam filters: CKS does not send spam. If you receive an email or a newsletter from CKS, it corresponds to your request or interest. If you nevertheless receive unwanted emails from CKS, you can notify us and we will do everything necessary to ensure you no longer receive such emails. CKS cannot be held responsible if emails sent by CKS are considered spam or unwanted emails. CKS considers all sent emails as correctly addressed to the participant. In some cases, participants can add CKS email addresses to their address book to avoid this problem.
