1. These rules define the participation conditions applicable to the contest organized by CKS, located at Luchthavenlaan 1/00/1, 1800 Vilvoorde, Belgium.
To participate in the contest, you must make a purchase of at least €25 between May 2, 2026 and May 31, 2026, subscribe to the newsletter,
become a member of The Happiness Club, and answer the contest question. After your purchase, you will receive an email with a unique code that can be entered on the contest page.
If the contest question is answered correctly, you may spin the jackpot and discover whether you have won when you see three identical happy smiley icons and the text 'Yay, you are the lucky one! You win 1 year of free shopping at CKS worth a total of €3,000.'
The winner will receive a monthly CKS gift card code worth €250 by email for one year, for a total value of €3,000. Your unique code can be entered on the contest page from May 2, 2026 until midnight on June 7, 2026.

1. By the mere fact of participating, participants acknowledge and accept both the general contest rules and the specific contest rules. The results and decisions of CKS and the contest jury are final and cannot be contested for any reason whatsoever. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of the contest.

Minors may participate in the contest provided they have obtained prior permission from their parents (or the person exercising parental authority). Participation by a minor implies that such permission has been obtained.
CKS reserves the right at any time to request written proof of this permission and to verify it in other ways, as well as to exclude any minor from the contest who cannot immediately or within a reasonable period imposed by CKS provide such confirmation.
CKS may at any time exclude a person from participation in any contest organized or co-organized by CKS for a certain period in the event of a breach of one of the participation conditions or in the event of abuse, deception, or participation in bad faith.
3. Participation must always take place on an individual basis and may under no circumstances involve multiple persons.
4. CKS makes or provides no guarantees regarding the prize. CKS cannot be held liable for any accidents or damages directly or indirectly related to the awarded prize. A prize can only be awarded to the winner and is therefore non-transferable.
The prize is indivisible and must be accepted as awarded. Under no circumstances may the prize be exchanged or converted into cash. If a prize is shipped, CKS cannot be held responsible for damage to or loss of the prize by postal services or delays in delivery. If prizes are sent by registered mail, CKS also cannot be held liable for damage, loss, or delays when the winner fails to collect the prize.
5. CKS cannot be held liable if, due to force majeure or any reason beyond the control of CKS, the duration of the contest is changed or if the contest is modified or simply cancelled. Likewise, CKS cannot be held responsible for technical problems or postal service issues (delay, strike, damage, or loss) preventing participation.
6. CKS may modify the participation conditions at any time. However, the previous participation conditions will remain applicable to contests already running at that time.
7. Participants are required to provide their email address. By participating, you agree that CKS or a company affiliated with CKS, acting as data controllers, may use and process your personal data submitted with your application for the following purposes: registering, confirming, and processing your contest entry. As a participant, you also agree that the information requested by CKS in the context of your application may be stored and retained. Your personal data will not be used for commercial purposes. CKS is responsible for processing your personal data. You have the right to correct your data if it is incomplete or inaccurate by sending a written request to customercare@cks-fashion.com.
8. CKS does not send spam. If you receive an email or newsletter from CKS, it is because it relates to your request or inquiry. If you nevertheless receive unwanted emails from CKS, you may notify us and we will take the necessary steps as soon as possible to ensure you no longer receive emails. CKS cannot be held responsible if emails sent by CKS are considered spam or unwanted mail. Such emails are always considered to have been correctly sent to the participant. In some cases, participants may add CKS email addresses to their address book to avoid this issue.
