Special Contest Terms

1. These rules set out the participation conditions applicable to the contest organized by CKS, with registered office at Vilvoorde, Luchthavenlaan 1/00/1.

You can participate in the contest by shopping between May 17, 2025 and May 25, 2025 for a minimum purchase amount of €25, subscribing to the newsletter, becoming a member of The Happiness Club, and answering the contest question. After your purchase, you will receive an email with a unique code that you can enter on the contest page. If the contest question is answered correctly, you will get the chance to spin the jackpot and find out if you’ve won by revealing three matching happy smiley icons. The winner will receive a monthly CKS gift voucher code worth €250 by email for one year, totaling €3000. You can enter your unique code on the contest page from May 17, 2025 until midnight on May 27, 2025.

One winner will receive the following prize:

€3000 shopping budget at CKS spread over one year, with a €250 gift voucher code sent by email each month.

General Contest Conditions

2. By participating, participants acknowledge that they accept both the general contest rules and these specific contest terms. The results and decisions made by CKS and the contest jury are final and cannot be challenged. No correspondence will be entered into concerning the outcome of the contest.

3. This contest is open to all natural persons, with the exception of:

• Employees and directors of CKS, CRG Group, and its affiliated companies,
• Anyone involved in organizing this contest,
• Relatives up to the second degree of the excluded persons mentioned above.

Minors may participate in the contest only if they have obtained prior permission from their parents or legal guardians. If a minor participates, it is assumed that such permission has been granted.

CKS reserves the right to request written confirmation of such permission at any time, to verify this by other means, and to exclude any minor from the contest who cannot immediately or within a reasonable period provide such confirmation upon request by CKS.

CKS may exclude any person from participating in the contest organized by CKS for a certain period in the event of a breach of the participation conditions, abuse, fraud, or malicious intent.

4. Participation must always be on an individual basis and can never be done jointly by multiple persons.

5. CKS makes no warranties regarding the prize. CKS cannot be held liable for any accidents or damage that are (in)directly related to the prize. The prize is non-transferable and can only be awarded to the winner.

The prize is indivisible and must be accepted as awarded. The prize cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash. If the prize is shipped, CKS cannot be held responsible for any damage, delay, or loss by postal services. If prizes are sent by registered mail, CKS is likewise not liable for any damage, loss, or delay if the prize is not collected by the winner.

6. CKS cannot be held liable if the duration of the contest is changed, or if the contest is altered or canceled due to force majeure or any reason beyond its control. Likewise, CKS cannot be held responsible for technical issues or postal problems (delays, strikes, damage, or loss) that may prevent participation.

7. CKS may change the participation conditions at any time. The previous conditions will still apply to contests already in progress at that time.

8. Participants are required to provide their email address. By participating, you agree that CKS or an affiliated company, as data controllers, may use and process your personal data provided with your contest entry for the purposes of registration, confirmation, and handling of your contest participation. You also agree that CKS may store and retain the requested information as part of your contest entry. Your personal data will not be used for commercial purposes. CKS is responsible for the processing of your personal data. You have the right to correct your data if it is incomplete or incorrect by sending a simple written request to customercare@cks-fashion.com.

Spam and Spam Filters

9. CKS does not send spam. If you receive an email or newsletter from CKS, it is in response to your request or interest. If you nevertheless receive unwanted emails from CKS, you can report this to us, and we will take the necessary steps to ensure you no longer receive such emails. CKS cannot be held responsible if emails sent by CKS are marked as spam or unwanted mail. These emails are always considered as correctly sent to the participant. In some cases, participants may need to add CKS email addresses to their address book to avoid this problem.
