Competition Rules – TIME TO UNWIND

SPECIAL COMPETITION CONDITIONS

1. These rules set out the participation conditions applicable to the Time To Unwind competition, aka Fall Getaway with cocoon essentials worth €900, located at Vilvoorde, Luchthavenlaan 1/00/1.

2. You can participate in the competition by shopping on cks-fashion.com or at CKS concept stores (CKS Bree and Beveren excluded) between Friday, October 25, 2024, and November 17, 2024. After making a purchase, you will receive a specific email containing a unique code to participate and a link to the Time To Unwind competition page.

3. To enter, go to the Time To Unwind competition page, enter your email address and the unique code, and accept the terms and conditions. You will also need to provide your details and answer a tie-break question.

4. Participants have the chance to win one of the following 3 prizes:

   • Grand prize: a stay at LOOF or BAST (2 nights for 2 people) worth €600 + SPAAS candle package worth €55 + CKS gift card worth €250
   • First bonus prize: SPAAS candle package worth €55 + CKS gift card worth €150
   • Second bonus prize: SPAAS candle package worth €55 + CKS gift card worth €100

5. The winners will be notified via email on November 19, 2024.

GENERAL COMPETITION CONDITIONS

1. By participating in the competition, participants acknowledge that they have accepted the general competition rules and the specific competition rules. The results and decisions of CKS and the competition jury cannot be contested. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the competition results.

2. This competition is open to all natural persons, except:

   • Employees and directors of CKS and CRG Group and its affiliated companies.
   • Family members up to the second degree of the excluded individuals.
   • Minors are not allowed to participate in the competition.

3. CKS reserves the right to exclude any individual from participating in the competition for a specified period in case of a violation of any participation conditions, abuse, deception, or bad faith participation in the competition.

4. A participant can win a maximum of one prize. CKS is not liable for any accidents or damages (direct or indirect) related to the awarded prize. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

5. CKS cannot be held liable if the duration of the competition is changed or canceled due to force majeure or reasons beyond its control.

6. Participants must provide their email addresses. Personal data will only be used for handling the competition and will not be used for commercial purposes.
