These competition rules set out the terms and conditions applicable to the Dog Walker Club competition, organised by CKS, with registered address at Luchthavenlaan 1/00/1, 1800 Vilvoorde, in collaboration with Nutchel and Just Russel.
Participation in the competition implies full and unconditional acceptance of these competition rules.
The competition runs from 28 September 2026 up to and including 8 November 2026 at 11:59 p.m.
Entries received after the end of the competition period will no longer be eligible.
Participation in the competition is linked to the purchase of at least one of the participating dog items from the CKS Dog Walker Club collection: one of the three dog jumper styles, a dog waste bag holder or one of the two dog scarves. After the purchase, the customer will receive information and an invitation to participate in the competition by email. The competition is open exclusively to natural persons aged 18 or over who meet the conditions set out in these competition rules.
To participate validly, the participant must, during the competition period:

PARFUMDOG (3 colours), SCARFUMDOG (2 colours) and POO BAG.
Incomplete, incorrect, late or fraudulent entries may be excluded.
The participant must answer the competition question on the entry form correctly. The exact competition question will be included on the entry form.
Only participants who answer the competition question correctly will be eligible for a prize.
Each participant must also answer the tie-breaker question on the entry form. This tie-breaker question asks for the total number of valid entries to the Dog Walker Club competition during the competition period.
After the competition has ended, CKS will determine the actual number of valid entries. A valid entry means an entry that was received within the competition period, was completed in full, complies with all conditions of these competition rules and was not excluded due to, among other things, a duplicate, fraudulent or invalid entry.
From among the participants who answered the competition question correctly, three winners will be determined based on their answer to the tie-breaker question.
Participants will be ranked according to the absolute difference between their answer to the tie-breaker question and the actual number of valid entries. The participant whose answer is closest to the actual number of valid entries will be ranked first. The remaining participants will then be ranked from the smallest to the largest difference.
The participant ranked first wins the main prize, the participant ranked second wins the second prize package and the participant ranked third wins the third prize package.
In the event of a tie, where two or more participants have exactly the same difference from the correct answer to the tie-breaker question, the winner will be determined based on the time of entry. The participant who submitted their complete and valid entry first will take precedence.
No random draw or lottery will take place to determine the winners. The decision regarding the selection of the winners will be made in accordance with the objective criteria described above and is final, without prejudice to the participants' mandatory statutory rights.
The three winners will be personally notified on 12 November 2026 via the email address provided when entering the competition. Participants will only know whether they have won after the competition has ended.
If a winner does not respond within the period stated in the notification, or if it appears that the winner does not meet the conditions of these rules, CKS reserves the right to award the prize to the next participant in the ranking.
No further correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of the competition, except insofar as this is necessary for awarding and administering the prizes or for exercising statutory rights.
The main prize winner will receive a prize package with a total communicated value of €1,370, consisting of:

The CKS gift vouchers, Nutchel stays and gift vouchers, Nutchel discount, Just Russel food credits and Play & Lifestyle Bundles form part of the competition prizes described above and will be awarded exclusively to the relevant winners.
For the booking, activation or use of the prize components, the usual terms and conditions, availability, validity periods and practical arrangements of CKS, Nutchel and Just Russel may apply, provided that these are clearly communicated to the winner in advance and do not conflict with these competition rules or mandatory applicable law.
For the Nutchel prize components, the following specific conditions apply: the main prize includes 2 nights in a dog-friendly Classic Cabin, with a maximum of 2 dogs per cabin. This stay is valid throughout the year, except during school holidays and public holidays, must be booked before 30 November 2026 and must take place before 30 June 2027. Nutchel Les Ardennes is preferred; upon request, the stay may also be redeemed at Nutchel Alsace or Nutchel Champagne. The Nutchel gift voucher included in the second prize package is worth €250, is valid for all cabin types at Nutchel Les Ardennes and is valid up to and including 30 September 2027. The third prize package includes a discount code for a discounted stay package in a dog-friendly Classic Cabin for 4 people at Nutchel Les Ardennes, including breakfast for all guests, booking fees, tourist tax, bed linen and towels. This discount code is valid throughout the year, except on public holidays.
The competition is open exclusively to natural persons who are at least 18 years old at the time of participation.
The following persons are excluded from participating in the competition:
CKS reserves the right to verify a participant's age, identity and required purchase and, where reasonably necessary, to request proof thereof.
If it appears that a participant was under the age of 18 at the time of participation, does not meet the purchase requirement or falls under one of the exclusions listed above, the entry will be declared invalid and the participant will not be entitled to a prize.
Participation must always be personal and in the participant's own name. CKS may exclude a participant in the event of a breach of these competition rules, fraud or attempted fraud, misuse or manipulation of the entry system, the use of incorrect or misleading personal data, automated participation, multiple entries by the same person or participation in bad faith. A participant may win a maximum of one competition prize.
The prizes will be awarded as described in these rules and must be accepted as such. Prizes are personal and cannot be exchanged for cash or for another prize, unless CKS and the relevant winner expressly agree otherwise.
If a particular prize becomes permanently unavailable due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of CKS, CKS reserves the right, insofar as necessary, to replace it with a reasonably equivalent prize. CKS will respect the winner's interests as much as possible. Where further practical arrangements are required to receive or use a prize, the winner must reasonably cooperate with these arrangements.
CKS organises the competition with due care. CKS cannot be held liable for damage resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, such as technical failures, problems with internet or email traffic, force majeure or problems involving external service providers. CKS is also not responsible if a participant cannot be reached due to incorrect or incomplete contact details.
For the fulfilment of prize components by Nutchel and Just Russel, the responsibilities of the relevant provider apply, except where mandatory applicable law provides otherwise. Nothing in these rules is intended to exclude or limit CKS's liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted under mandatory applicable law.
If exceptional circumstances, force majeure, technical problems, fraud, misuse, a legal obligation or other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of CKS make this necessary, CKS may amend, temporarily suspend, postpone or terminate the competition or these rules. CKS will only make such changes where reasonably necessary and will respect participants' already acquired rights as much as possible.
Any material changes will be announced through an appropriate communication channel. A change may not be intended to retrospectively alter the predetermined selection criteria to the advantage or disadvantage of certain participants.
For the organisation of this competition, CKS processes participants' personal data, including the data provided via the entry form. This data may include, among other things, email address, date of birth, answers to the competition question and tie-breaker question, date and time of participation and any additional data necessary to contact the winners and award the prizes.
Personal data is processed insofar as necessary to register and validate entries, verify the conditions of participation and purchase requirement, prevent and detect duplicate or fraudulent entries, determine and rank the winners, contact the winners and award and administratively process the prizes.
Personal data will not be retained longer than necessary for these purposes, except where further retention is required by a legal obligation or is necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
If it is necessary for the awarding or fulfilment of a Nutchel or Just Russel prize to transfer a winner's personal data to Nutchel or Just Russel, only the data necessary for this purpose will be shared. The relevant winner will be informed accordingly.
Personal data collected exclusively in the context of this competition will not automatically be used for commercial newsletters or other direct marketing purposes. If commercial communications are sent for which separate consent is required, such consent will be requested separately.
The participant has their statutory privacy rights in accordance with applicable privacy legislation. Emails necessary for the execution of the competition, including the invitation to participate after purchase and communication with the winners, may be sent to the email address linked to the purchase or entry.
CKS cannot be held responsible if a correctly sent email is classified as spam or junk mail by a participant's email provider or, for other technical reasons, does not reach the primary inbox. The participant is responsible for checking the specified mailbox and, where applicable, the junk or spam folder.
Commercial newsletters and other direct marketing communications are separate from the necessary communications in connection with this competition and will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy and marketing legislation.
