What data do you collect about me?

As indicated in our privacy policy, we use your personal data to optimise our services and our offer via our websites, apps and social media channels. This only occurs when you have given permission for this and have shared your data with us.

Depending on what you share with us, we can store the following personal data:

• (Delivery) address

We automatically collect data when you use our websites, apps and social media channels. If you use one of these (online) services then we can store data that may be traced back to you directly, namely:

We use the IP address to determine the number of visitors. We use the other data to improve and optimise our service.

How long do you keep my data?

As indicated in ou privacy policy,we collect your data for a period of maximum 7 years. After this period we delete your data or we render them anonymous (in order to perform statistical analyses & draw up reports), unless we are legally required to store your data longer. Once you have shared data with us, you have the right to access, alter, transmit or delete these data at any time if the law allows it.

For what purpose do you use the data that you collect about me?

We collect diverse types of personal data for different purposes. We do this so that you can use our (online) services with pleasure and convenience. Your privacy is guaranteed and, whenever possible, nothing can be traced back to you because we apply special technical measures. In the following cases we will have to access your data in order to carry out our services properly:

Yes you can. You can simply use the ‘unsubscribe’ option at the end of our mails to unsubscribe from our communication. In that case you will not receive any newsletters in the future.

If you place an order on our online shop later, if you are waiting for a specific item that arrived in your favourite shop at your request, or if you contacted our Customer Service department then we will use your contact details.

I want to amend my data because they are not or no longer correct. Can I do this myself?

Yes you can. If you log onto our website with your account name and password, you will see your most important personal data. You can amend them and they will automatically be adjusted on our systems.

If this doesn't work or you encounter a technical problem, please contact our customer service. We will answer your question as quickly as possible.

I would prefer it if you no longer stored my data. Is it possible to delete my data from your files?

Yes that is possible. If desired, we will delete your data from our systems so that they cannot be traced back to you. We will render the data anonymous so that we can still perform statistical analyses & draw up reports.

Can I also exercise my other rights under the GDPR?

Of course! You can let us know that you no longer want to be subject to automated decisions or that you no longer want to be profiled. Even though CKS makes little use of automated decisions or profiling, you can use the form below to indicate that you no longer want to be subject to this.
