For the time being, we already took these measures in our concept stores to ensure each other's safety:

1 NUMBER OF CUSTOMERS

Safety first! The number of allowed customers per shop is limited. So you can shop in complete safety and tranquillity.

2 LET'S KEEP IT CLEAN

Disinfectant gel is provided for you at the entrance of all concept stores! Our shop ladies wear a mouth mask and often disinfect their hands. The shops are disinfected and regularly ventilated. Our shopping bags are provided in a safe way and placed next to the cash register after checkout so that you can take your new acquisitions with you.

3 SOCIAL DISTANCING

By now we are all pros in social distancing, take care to keep 1.5 m distance from each other.

4 SHOP THIS WAY

No worries, while shopping you will get clear instructions from our shop ladies! Even though it's tempting, we ask you to only touch the items you want to fit.

5 TRY IT ON

Before you try out your favourite items, you can disinfect your hands in the fitting rooms again. Clothing that has been fitted will be kept in stock for a day to air out.

6 CHECKOUT

Checkout is done in complete safety! There is plexiglas provided at the cash register and the payment machines are disinfected several times a day. You pay your new acquisitions, preferably without contact, with bancontact.

Tips for safe shopping

Because your safety comes first, we adhere to these measures. Are you doing your bit too? Take a look at our tips below to protect yourself and your environment while shopping.

1 STAY SAFE

Should you unexpectedly cough or sneeze in our shop, do this in your elbow out of respect for each other. Do you have a cold or the flu? Then shop in the comfort of your own home, our webshop is open 24/24.

2 MOUTHMASKS

You are required to wear a mouth mask while shopping, it will protect yourself and our team.

3 SOCIAL DISTANCING

Keep at least 1,5 meter distance from each other during shopping and checkout.

4 SHOP INSTRUCTIONS

Our shop ladies are here to help you while shopping! Always follow their instructions for each other's safety.

5 DISINFECT HANDS

Disinfect your hands regularly! We provide disinfectant gel both at the entrance and in the fitting rooms.

6 SAFE FITTING

At the fitting rooms we ask you to keep 1.5 m distance for each other's safety. After fitting, make sure the fitting room is empty, and leave the appropriate clothing on the provided clothing rack at the fitting room area.

7 ELECTRONIC PAYMENTS

Pay preferably electronic and if possible contactless.
