Yes you can. You can simply use the ‘unsubscribe’ option at the end of our mails to unsubscribe from our communication. In that case you will not receive any newsletters in the future.

I would prefer it if you no longer stored my data. Is it possible to delete my data from your files?
Yes that is possible. If desired, we will delete your data from our systems so that they cannot be traced back to you. We will render the data anonymous so that we can still perform statistical analyses & draw up reports.
