Competition Rules – GOLDEN TICKETS

SPECIAL COMPETITION CONDITIONS

1. These regulations set out the participation conditions applicable to the competition organized by CKS, located at Vilvoorde, Luchthavenlaan 1/00/1.
2. Participation in the competition is possible by making an online purchase of at least €25 on 5/4/2025 or 6/4/2025. After purchase, you will receive a specific email containing a unique code to participate, with a link to the Golden Ticket competition page.
3. Participation in the competition is possible from 5/4/2025 until 8/4/2024 at midnight. Customers must complete the competition form with their email address and the unique code received via email. Each code is only valid once. One code per purchase. In the next step, first name, last name, gender, and date of birth will be requested. The competition question must be answered correctly to have a chance to win one of the 5 golden tickets that are randomly distributed among participants.
4. 5 winners will receive a golden ticket, which includes a CKS gift voucher of different values:
   • 1x CKS gift voucher worth €250
   • 1x CKS gift voucher worth €200
   • 3x CKS gift vouchers worth €100
5. The winners will later receive an email with more information about their prize, including the unique code for their gift voucher. The gift voucher is valid for 10 years and can be used both online and offline.

GENERAL COMPETITION CONDITIONS

1. By participating, participants acknowledge that they accept the general competition regulations and the specific competition conditions. Results and decisions made by CKS and the competition jury cannot be challenged for any reason. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the competition results.
2. This competition is open to all natural persons, except:
   • Employees and directors of CKS and CRG Group and its affiliated companies, any person involved in organizing the competition, and their household and family members up to the second degree.
   • Minors may participate in the competition provided they have obtained prior permission from their parents (or the person exercising parental authority). If a minor participates, this implies that they have obtained such permission.
   • CKS reserves the right to request written confirmation of obtained permission at any time and to verify it in other ways, as well as to exclude any minor from the competition who cannot immediately or within a reasonable period provide such confirmation.
   • CKS may exclude a person from participating in the competition (co-)organized by CKS for a certain period in case of a violation of any participation condition or in case of abuse, deception, or bad-faith participation.
3. Participation must always be in a personal capacity and cannot be transferred.
4. CKS makes no warranties regarding the prize. CKS cannot be held liable for any accidents or damages directly or indirectly related to the won prize. A prize can only be awarded to the winner and is not transferable. The prize is indivisible and must be accepted as awarded. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash. If a prize is sent, CKS is not responsible for damage or loss caused by postal services or delays in delivery. If the prizes are sent by registered mail, CKS is not liable for damage, loss, or delay if the prize is not collected by the winner.
5. CKS cannot be held liable if, due to force majeure or any other reason beyond CKS's control, the duration of the competition is changed, or if the competition is modified or canceled. Likewise, CKS is not responsible for technical issues or postal problems (delays, strikes, damage, or loss) preventing participation.
6. CKS may modify the participation conditions at any time. The old participation conditions will still apply to ongoing competitions.
7. Participants are required to provide their email address. By participating, you agree that CKS or an affiliated company, as data controllers, may use and process your personal data included in your application for the following purposes: registering, confirming, and handling your competition entry. Participants also agree that the data requested by CKS as part of their application will be stored. Your personal data will not be used for commercial purposes. CKS is responsible for processing your personal data. You have the right to correct your data if it is incomplete or incorrect by sending a simple written request to customercare@cks-fashion.com.
8. Spam and spam filters: CKS does not send spam. If you receive an email or newsletter from CKS, it is in response to your request. If you still receive unwanted emails from CKS, you can report this to us, and we will take the necessary steps as soon as possible to ensure you no longer receive such emails. CKS cannot be held responsible if emails sent by CKS are marked as spam or junk mail. CKS considers such emails to be correctly sent to the participant. In some cases, participants can add CKS email addresses to their address book to avoid this issue.
