Contest Rules – BLUE MONDAY: WIN YOUR PURCHASE AMOUNT
Special Contest Conditions
These rules outline the participation conditions applicable to the Blue Monday contest, registered at Vilvoorde, Luchthavenlaan 1/00/1.
Participation is possible on Monday 19 January 2026 via cks-fashion.com or in the CKS concept stores.
You can only participate with purchases made on 19/01/2026 as a registered CKS customer.
Multiple entries are allowed throughout the contest period, provided multiple purchases are made.
Five participants will win a gift card equal to the purchase amount of their 19/01/2026 transaction. There will be 3 winners who shopped online and 2 winners who shopped in CKS stores.
Winners will be selected based on their order number or receipt. A gift card will then be created matching the full purchase amount, which winners can use online or in-store.
The winners will be notified by email on 20/01/2026. The gift card will then be delivered to them.
General Contest Conditions
By participating in the contest, participants acknowledge and accept the general and specific contest rules.
The decisions and results issued by CKS and the contest jury are binding and cannot be contested.
The contest is open to every natural person, with the exception of:
Employees and directors of CKS, CRG Group, and its affiliated companies.
Individuals involved in organizing the contest.
Household members and family members up to the second degree of the aforementioned individuals.
Minors are not allowed to participate in the contest.
CKS reserves the right to exclude participants who violate the participation conditions.
A participant may win a maximum of one prize.
Prizes are non-transferable, indivisible, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
CKS is not liable for technical issues or delays caused by external parties.
Use of Personal Data
Participants are required to provide a valid email address.
CKS processes personal data exclusively for the organization of the contest.
Personal data will not be used for commercial purposes.
