Competition Rules – CKS x RainPharma

Special Competition Conditions

  1. These rules establish the terms and conditions applicable to the competition organized by CKS, with registered address at Luchthavenlaan 1/00/1, Vilvoorde.
  2. You can participate in the competition by entering your email address and date of birth between October 13, 2025 and November 2, 2025, confirming via email, filling in your details, and answering the tiebreaker question.
  3. The competition runs from 13/10/2025 until 02/11/2025 at midnight.
  4. 1 winner will receive the grand prize:
    • 1x Recharge box from RainPharma worth €400
    • 1x CKS gift card worth €350
  5. 2 winners will receive consolation prizes:
    • 1x Bonjour/Bonsoir gift set from RainPharma worth €80
    • 1x CKS gift card worth €100

General Competition Terms and Conditions

  1. By participating in the competition, participants automatically acknowledge and accept the general and specific competition rules. Results and decisions made by CKS and the competition jury cannot be contested.
  2. The competition is open to any natural person, with the exception of:
    • Employees and directors of CKS, CRG Group, and their affiliated companies
    • Persons involved in the organization of the competition
    • Household and family members up to the second degree of the above
    Minors may participate only with prior consent from a parent or legal guardian. CKS may request proof of consent at any time.
  3. Participation must be done personally and cannot be done on behalf of others.
  4. Only fully completed forms received before November 2, 2025 at midnight will be considered.
  5. A participant can win a maximum of one grand prize or one consolation prize.
  6. CKS offers no guarantees regarding the prizes and is not liable for accidents or damage related to the prizes. Prizes are:
    • Non-transferable
    • Not exchangeable for cash
    • Indivisible and must be accepted as awarded
    CKS is not responsible for damage or loss during shipping.
  7. CKS is not liable for changes in competition duration or cancellation due to force majeure or external factors.
  8. CKS may adjust the participation conditions at any time.
  9. Processing of personal data:
    • CKS processes personal data solely for registration and handling of participation
    • No commercial use of the data
    • Participants may correct their data by contacting: customercare@cks-fashion.com
  10. Spam and spam filters:
    • CKS does not send spam
    • Emails are sent as part of participation in the competition
    • If undesired, participants can contact CKS
    • CKS is not responsible if emails are marked as spam
